BUTTONS ON THIS SHEET
COPY RECIPE
Intended to make inputting new recipes faster. Click this button and a list of all the current sales items will appear. Choose an item with a similar recipe and it will be copied to this recipe. You can then edit the recipe to make the necessary changes. Note that you cannot just insert a POS item as an ingredient instead of copying the recipe. You can only insert POS items that are modifiers.
SORT
You can change the order of the list by typing in new numbers along the side. You don’t have to worry about being exact. I.e. you can have two items numbered 3 and no number 4. If you want to put an item in between two others without renumbering everything you can type in 3.5. Click sort to re-sort the list.
PLATE
This gives you a report suitable for a plating guide. It does not have costs on this report and include a picture if there exists one in the PHOTOS sub folder. The picture must be named the same as the item name in the POS. Plate 2 gives multiple yields of 1x, 2x, 3x and 4x for sub recipes.
