When you right click on a cell you get the follow options in addition to the regular Excel right click menu items. Note that depending on your version of Excel this menu may appear on the toolbar instead on the right click.
Note that you should use the INSERT INVENTORY ROW and DELETE INVENTORY ROW whenever inserting or deleting in this file. Do not use the regular Excel Insert or Delete.
INSERT INVENTORY ROW
Insert a row in the current sheet. You can only insert in the Price List, POS, Sub Recipe, Count and Order sheets. Inserting on the price list is the same as inserting a stockbook item
DELETE INVENTORY ROW
Delete a row in the current sheet. You can only delete in the same sheet as above.
OCCURRENCE REPORT
Give you a report on everywhere this item occurs in the file. It shows every recipe and subrecipe that an item is used in. It also shows all receiveds of that item in the last 3 months. And all areas the item was counted and well as all subrecipes that were counted that contain that item.
When you right click on the occurrence page, a different right click menu comes up. This allows you to change quantities or go to the page that the row you are looking at references.
GOTO THIS ITEM
Allows you to jump around to the same item in count, order, receiveds, variance, etc. If you choose the same sheet that you are currently on it will jump to the next instance of that item.
REPLACE THIS ITEM
Will replace the name of an item with a new name. Searches through all sheets in the workbook. USE WITH CARE.
