Count sheet for inventory. You can enter any unit size for your count and the price will be automatically adjusted (See discussion on price list). You can also have multiple lines for the same item with different location or sizes. You can sort this list by category or location. Right click to insert or delete inventory rows. To clear the previous count and start with a new one, you must click either the New Week or New Period button on the POS sheet.

PRINT FOOD COUNT
Prints only the food item in format suited for a physical count sheet.
SORT BY LOCATION
You can specify a location for each item on the count sheet. Item are alphabetical within the location. To create a new location just type in the new name in the location column.
If you want a specific order within the location you can put a number after the location. If you want put the locations themselves within a specific order you can put a number before it.

2-Dry Storage
to sort the Walkin location before Dry storage

to put items within the walkin in a specific order
SORT BY CATEGORY
Sort the count sheet by category, again alphabetic with the category.
EXPORT/IMPORT
Pops up dialog box to let you create a separate file for a count sheet that can be opened on a tablet or phone for the count to be entered.
Once entered on the separate device, it can then be imported back to the count sheet in the inventory file.
SHOW KEY
Show only the items on the Key Variance sheets. This include any sub recipes that contain those key items
SHOW ALL
Shows all the items
NUMBER (up) (down)
You can number all items in a particular location so that you can rearrange them within that location. (it would be sorted alphabetically otherwise). Once numbered then you can use the up and down arrow buttons to move each item up or down within the location. Note that if you use the up and down buttons to move items to another location or in a location that is not numbered, it will return to alphabetical order as soon as you resort the count sheet.
